We take great care to accurately describe our competition-grade equestrian equipment including:

• Bridles
• Girths
• Lunging and Groundwork equipment
• Protective Boots
• Reins
• Saddle Pads
• Saddles

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Custom/special order items cannot be returned.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive confirmation with tracking information upon shipment.

We ship worldwide except some Asian countries and remote areas:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes.

4.2 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt if:

• Items are unused with all tags attached
• Original packaging and protective materials are intact
• Accompanied by original receipt/confirmation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Protective Boots removed from packaging
• Saddle Pads showing use or washed
• Custom/special order items

5.3 Return Process

3. Ship items securely with return authorization visible
4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
