Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Protective Boots that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Saddle Pads that show any signs of use or have been washed
  • Custom-made or special order items (including certain saddles and bridles)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Pre-paid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return using the original packaging whenever possible. Include:

  • Return authorization number clearly visible on the package
  • Completed return form (included in your original shipment)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare with our competition-grade equipment):

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label if needed
  3. Expect expedited processing of your replacement
